Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our financial systems and processes. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP Finance functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP Finance.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that integrate with SAP Finance modules.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals for developed solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SAP Finance and software development.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Proven experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Expertise in database management systems, particularly SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
• Experience in leading software development projects and teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on SAP Finance solutions.
• Relevant certifications in SAP Finance or software development methodologies are a plus.
