We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer to join our team.

Requirements:

• Expert-level Go (Golang): 4+ years in backend engineering with deep knowledge of Go internals
• Hands‑on experience designing and building scalable microservices and APIs (REST)
• Cloud‑native delivery: Production experience with containers and orchestration (Openshift)
• Data & messaging: Proficiency with NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred), solid experience with event message brokers (IBM MQ)
• Familiarity with compliant development in regulated environments
• System design & leadership: Ability to lead end‑to‑end solution design, break down complex problems, and perform peer reviews
• Fluent English
• Poland based

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with frontend development (React)
