For our client, international company from engineering industry, we are looking for a Project Lead with strong communication skills and a proactive, structured approach to coordinating business and internal projects. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams, maintain clarity in fast‑paced environments, and ensure smooth delivery of key project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating ongoing business projects and internal initiatives.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring progress against agreed milestones.
• Maintaining project documentation and tracking action items.
• Organizing and facilitating internal meetings, including preparing agendas and status summaries.
• Supporting clear communication and collaboration between various teams and stakeholders.
• Identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and escalating issues when necessary.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows related to assigned projects.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and build effective working relationships.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and project dependencies.
• Proactive, self-driven approach and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Jira, Asana) is a plus.
