We’re looking for a sales professional who understands blockchain, DeFi, and the broader digital-asset ecosystem—and enjoys translating that knowledge into clear, valuable conversations with institutional clients. This role is focused on bringing a new product to market, something with genuine substance and a strong roadmap behind it.
Your coverage will span New York and nearby states, meeting with asset managers, hedge funds, trading firms, and other institutions that are exploring or scaling their digital-asset strategies. The discussions often go deep: workflows, integrations, risk concerns, and how DeFi infrastructure actually supports what they want to achieve. We’re looking for someone who can keep things simple without losing nuance.
You’ll own the full sales process—prospecting, shaping opportunities, guiding evaluations, and helping clients adopt a product built to solve real problems rather than chase trends. You’ll have the freedom to run your patch, build lasting relationships, and influence how the product evolves.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of SaaS or technical sales, ideally within digital assets, blockchain, or financial technology
- A solid understanding of DeFi concepts, market structure, and institutional adoption trends
- Experience with multi-step, consultative sales cycles
- Someone steady, curious, and comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical teams
- A relationship-driven approach with a focus on real, long-term value
