The Role


Due to continued success and an influx in work, we are looking for a PA/EA to support a reputable Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Partner in London.


As an PA /EA you will be a key member of the team, with the responsibility of supporting and assisting the Partner and head of the team in the general running of the practice.


The ideal candidate will have prior experience (1 years’ minimum) working as a PA/EA within the Legal or professional services industry.


Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • General administration duties.
  • Opening and closing of files.
  • Drafting client care / engagement letters and proof reading.
  • Conducting compliance, KYC and ID checks .
  • Monitor emails and respond where necessary and applicable.
  • Manage external networking events.
  • Be responsible for bills, invoices and expenses.
  • Office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, post etc.
  • Managing the Partner’s diary, including occasional personal appointments where needed.


This role is suitable for individuals with previous experience in the legal space who wish to step into a Top 75 law firm.


Personal Specification

You should be confident using Microsoft Office, Adobe, DocuSign and similar tools. You will be proactive, efficient and well-organised, with a keen ability to take initiative and help drive transactions forward.


The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:


  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral
  • Commercial awareness
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and have a strong interest in property.
  • Ability to build strong rapport and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong IT skills (specifically Outlook, Microsoft Excel/Word and Data Rooms).
  • Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to take initiate with tasks.
