Quality Assurance Lead

What we are looking for: 

• Leadership experience or ambition: You’ve previously led teams in roles like Scrum Master, Lead QA, or similar. Or, you’re eager to take on a leadership role and guide a team to success. 
• Automation testing experience: At least one year of experience in automation testing. You understand the field, can engage in meaningful discussions about automation, and have a good grasp of best practices. 
• Strong communication skills: You’re approachable, open, and ready to work with people daily, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. You are proficient in both Estonian and English, with strong skills in written and spoken communication.
• Vision and initiative: You can assess the current state of testing practices and create a clear vision to unify and improve testing processes across the organisation. 
• Versatile testing expertise: Our projects go beyond web-based applications – we also work with hardware testing. A broad skillset and curiosity to explore new areas are highly valued. 

What this role involves: 

• Building and leading test automation: Establish and grow a dedicated automation testing team, implementing best practices and innovative approaches. 
• Standardising testing quality: Play a key role in creating a consistent, transparent testing culture across the company. 
• Collaborating across diverse teams: Work on both software and hardware projects, contributing to unique and exciting challenges.
