Main Functions

How you can make an impact

  • Manage sickness absence and time/attendance systems
  • Produce monthly reports for Finance, QHSE, Group and update employee records
  • Main contact for Occupational Health and issue staff cards
  • Support employee relations and recruitment administration
  • Onboard new staff and manage required documentation
  • Produce contracts and process leaver documentation
  • Assist with travel arrangements, minute taking, and accounting
  • Support Payroll Officer and backup for pensions and payroll
  • Comply with GDPR and assist with ISO standards development
  • Conduct health risk assessments and identify compliance risks
  • Understand and support safety and quality systems
  • Update organizational information and report regularly

Quality-, environment- and security management

  • Report any safety standard deviations to Superior
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Support co-workers and management, contribute to policy fulfillment, and promote continuous development

How You Will Contribute

  • Basic commercial or business administration education with further training in the field of human resources (e.g. HR specialist)
  • Working knowledge of management system (ISO9001,ISO14001,ISO45001)
  • Experience working in a Quality/HSE discipline in a production/service environment preferably in a management role prefered
  • Proactive, independent and structured way of working as well as a strong sense of quality and service awareness
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and enthusiasm for working with different people
  • Fluent in Finnish (full working proficiency) and English
