Digital Skills are working with a client in Herzo in Germany.
The client have a huge range of fashion and sports products that they sell across the globe. As part of the process of raising the attention of products the client hold a series of in person events for their representatives acorss Europe to get to know the new product range and allow knowledge to be shared.
As part of this process a large number of workers, models, suppliers and associated staff need to be co-ordinated in order to arrive, stay and meet with a working schedule and bookings.
In order to facilitate this, we need an experienced Project Manager with detailed knowledge of the client and the local infrastructure and services.
About the role:
You will be the focal point for all bookings, be that travel, presentation rooms / studios, even restaurants and models. This means that you will be required to be an expert administrator. You will also be responsible for ensuring that if there are issues, they are resolved.
The schedule is varied with the role being part time, averaging 25 hours per week, however flexibility is required.

About you
For this role, you need good local knowledge of the area of Herzogenaurach, Erlangen and northern Bavaria. You should be an excellent Project Manager and Administrator with solid skills in managing issues and stakeholders.
The client has a massive campus and you should know your way around it, ideally knowing who is who and what is what, so in order to be successful in this role, you should really have worked for the three stripes already.
The role will last up to roughly the end of the year and will have periods where there will be ramp up and periods of wind down, as such the role really does work best for a flexible, local resource.
You will be required to be onsite in Herzo roughly 50% of the time, however again be flexible for times when remote is suitable and when a more in person presence is required.
