My Dublin based client is recruiting for a C# / .Net Technical Lead for a 12 month daily rate contract initially. This role will be 1 - 2 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the software engineering team, ensuring high coding standards and effective Agile delivery.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, supporting requirements analysis, solution design, and development planning.
• Conduct and facilitate code reviews while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage development activities within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Manage technical dependencies, resolve blockers, and communicate progress and risks.
• Work with architecture teams to align on technical solutions and maintain documentation.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant third-level qualification with 5+ years’ experience in C# / .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core, including Azure, Kubernetes, Microservices, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of software development standards, design patterns, and SDLC practices.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical applications.
