Payments Product Lead/Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland (2–3 days per week in office)
Contract Duration: 6 months initially (potential contract-to-hire)

We are looking for an experienced Payments Product Lead to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with banking clients, internal technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive payment product initiatives across the full product lifecycle.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong payments domain expertise who enjoys working closely with BFSI clients and delivering impactful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payments products – from requirements analysis to implementation
• Review and validate product requirements and solution designs
• Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption
• Perform customer impact assessments for product updates or changes
• Manage client communication related to product releases and enhancements
• Address post-implementation queries and provide domain expertise
• Collaborate with internal development teams to align product capabilities with business needs
• Lead domain discussions with banking and financial services clients
Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 8+ years of experience in Payments and Product Management
✔ Strong expertise in payment messaging schemas and message formats
✔ Experience with cards and payment solutions
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to engage with BFSI clients and lead domain-level discussions
