Are you ready to take the next big step in your solar development career?

We’re supporting a fast‑growing renewable energy platform with a strong pipeline across Italy, backed by long‑term investors and led by a team with decades of experience in developing, financing, and delivering utility‑scale renewable assets across Europe. Their mission is to accelerate the transition to clean energy by building high‑quality solar projects that are technically sound, environmentally responsible, and financially robust.

They are now looking for a Project Development Manager with hands‑on experience in solar permitting to join their expanding team.

  • Coordinating with technical, environmental, legal, and planning stakeholders.
  • Leading interactions with municipalities, regional authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identifying development risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Supporting land acquisition, grid application processes, and project feasibility assessments.
  • Ensuring project documentation meets regulatory and internal standards.

Your work will be instrumental in bringing high‑impact renewable energy projects to life.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in solar project development, with a strong focus on permitting.
  • Proven experience dealing with regional and local authorities.
  • Solid understanding of the Italian permitting landscape for renewable assets.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive projects independently while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Join a rapidly scaling renewables developer with a healthy pipeline and long‑term stability.
  • Work with experienced leadership who value autonomy, clarity, and professional growth.
  • Make a direct impact on Italy’s transition to sustainable energy by driving projects toward authorization and RTB.
  • Be part of a mission‑driven environment where your work contributes to real, measurable change.
