Proven experience in

  • Delivering multi-entity technology transformation projects in complex environments.
  • Project management and support (applying the AGILE approach)
  • Developing and implementing change management and stakeholder management strategies.

Tasks :

Business Project Delivery:

  • Actively collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, developers, and business analysts to keep sprint preparation and execution on track.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively manage them to avoid delays.
  • Promote alignment across teams by enabling a unified view of priorities and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with product owners to maintain a forward‑looking sprint pipeline, ensuring dependencies, risks, and priorities are identified and addressed early.
  • Ensure they are enabled to make decisions where needed (including escalation if required).
  • Deliver timely sign-offs and sprint inputs (clarifications, acceptance criteria, readiness for development).
  • Ensure requirements are validated on a timely basis through continuous backlog refinement.
  • Support the engagement between the business and the external service provider.


TOM Design & Change Management:

Support the design of the new Target Operating Model for non-EU External Offices, aligning to current standards as far as possible and finding solutions for the specificities of the non-EU external office organisation. This activity will be prepared under the guidance of the Product Owners.

In collaboration with the business team, develop and deliver a change management plan in line with the newly designed TOM and impacted stakeholders, including

  • Identification of impacted stakeholders
  • Support change impact assessments, preparation of communication material, training coordination, and operational updates.
  • Proactively engage and facilitate the readiness of stakeholders with respect to new processes, functionalities, and systems.
  • Prepare the review and update of operational procedures and controls, and
  • Prepare and deliver any training on system, process or procedural changes impacting the stakeholders concerned
  • Coordinate Go-live/implementation - Act as the point of contact to raise incidents/support stakeholders after go-live related to the project implementation
