MEDIOR SOFTWARE TESTER

Medior Software Tester - Rotterdam - ALTEN Netherlands

The Position

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Software Tester to join our team and contribute to ongoing client projects in Rotterdam.

As Software Tester, your main tasks will include:

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases for software applications
• Performing functional, regression, acceptance, and performance testing
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
• Collaborating with development teams to implement test automation and improve CI/CD processes
• Reporting test results and providing recommendations for quality improvements

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO) in an IT-related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role within software development
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and test automation frameworks
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Team player with a curious and eager-to-learn attitude
