Role Overview:

We are looking for a Agile Analyst to join one of our biggest clients, a renowned company in the insurance sector, recognized for its solidity and innovation. As a market leader, they are committed to offering quality solutions to our customers, driven by cutting-edge technology and high-performance teams.

What you will do:

• Responsible for promoting efficiency, collaboration and flexibility, aligning people, processes, connectivity, technology in an integrated way.
• Facilitation of processes and application development life cycle more agile and efficient.
• Responsible for presentations for different stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
• Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.

What you are like:

• Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Ability to create close relationships with technology and business areas;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Fluency in English is required.
