Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, versatile, and proactive professional to join our team based in Zürich, Switzerland. This hybrid role combines strategic project management, hands-on project leadership, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can seamlessly manage multi-channel projects while leading clients, internal teams, and all on-site operations across Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Serve as point of contact and strategic partner for clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Translate client briefs into actionable proposals and project plans.
• Identify opportunities to expand account relationships and project scopes.
• Lead client communications with transparency and professionalism, including reverse briefs and debriefs.
• Ensure client satisfaction across all phases of project delivery.

Project Management

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, client expectations, and design intent.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal and external teams (creative, production, logistics) for cohesive execution.
• Review and execute technical drawings and other project documentation for project development, quality and compliance.
• Ensure successful on-site project implementation in Italy, managing logistics, contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Implement best practices for project management, reporting, and financial tracking.
• Own project budgets and schedules from proposal to delivery, monitoring timings and costs.

Operations & On-Site Coordination (Italy&Switzerland)

• Actively coordinate and assist with installations/set ups in Italy and Switzerland.
• Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time and maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

• 5+ years of experience in project management, account management, or design/production environments.
• Languages: Italian, Spanish, German and English (must).
• Proficient in CAD drawigs - technical software and project management tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record managing fast-paced projects in retail industry.
• Deep knowledge of retail production, interior design, and technical execution.
• Resourceful mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong commercial and client management skills.
• Positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative team player.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work occasional weekends or holidays.
