Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs in the UAE. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful outcomes through effective stakeholder engagement and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow programs and implementations.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones in alignment with business goals.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including leadership and client teams.
• Conduct and facilitate steering committee meetings and governance forums.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and ServiceNow delivery standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports and status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–12 years of experience in IT project management, with strong exposure to ServiceNow delivery.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations or transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
