Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Android developer to work in our mobile development team within the organization. As part of the team, you will design and deliver solutions for a variety of projects related to our mobile banking platform. You will have experience in developing native Android solutions and proven experience leading others.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as prime technical contact for experts, projects, business, and vendors—providing leadership and guidance.
• Lead autonomously: estimate efforts, develop SRS/SDS, translate requirements into robust solutions with architects/BAs.
• Oversee devs: ensure design adherence, SDLC/PMLC compliance, code reviews for quality/reusability.
• Deliver on time/budget solutions meeting milestones, security/quality standards; handle incidents/deployments.
• Mentor juniors, manage multiple projects, stay current on trends, and promote innovation/teamwork.

Must-Have Hard Skills

• 7+ years mobile dev; 5+ years Kotlin on Android.
• Jetpack Compose.
• Android Studio, Gradle, Emulator.
• Design patterns: MVC, MVP, MVVM.
• Testing: JUnit, Robolectric, Espresso.

Soft Skills
