This role is for a senior engineer, not a ticket-driven developer. We are a product company. Our core focus is development and delivery. We expect consistent momentum and visible progress — high-quality, production-ready code delivered every single day. If you are looking for a low-intensity environment or a purely task-based role, this will not be the right fit.

We are looking for someone who can design systems, own outcomes end-to-end, think commercially, and communicate professionally with stakeholders.

• Has strong experience building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core in real-world, production environments
• Is comfortable with end-to-end ownership: design → code → test → deploy → monitor → iterate
• Has solid Azure experience and understands Ops & Infrastructure for the solutions they’ve built
• Thrives in a high-autonomy environment: you take initiative, communicate clearly, and don’t wait for step-by-step instructions

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Lead AI-assisted development workflows, commanding modern AI coding tools to generate production code at speed while you focus on architecture, design decisions, and engineering review.
• Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to turn their domain knowledge and product vision into well-designed backend features
• Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of RESTful APIs at scale for internal and external clients
• Ensure all code is clean, functional, domain-driven code aligned with our modular monolith architecture and ISO 27001–friendly engineering practices
• Manage and evolve our infrastructure and Ops stack using Azure DevOps pipelines
• Help establish and refine our testing and performance strategy using xUnit, Testcontainers, and NBomber
• Instrument services with OpenTelemetry and monitor them via Azure Monitor / Application Insights to keep our systems observable and reliable
• Build and maintain user interfaces using React, delivering clean, responsive, and intuitive UI components that integrate with our backend APIs.
