Your New Role
The Change Analyst is responsible for analysing, designing and developing data analytics and reporting to support evidence-based decision change management plans and providing quality information services related to digital transformation programs and associated projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Data analysis - Provide specialist knowledge and experience in analyses, interpret and analyse change data, provide advise and contribute to program evaluation resulting from improved performance.
• Quality assurance - Extract and manipulate data from multiple sources and undertake data validation to ensure integrity and create accurate and meaningful insights and reports to inform development of people-centred change management actions, activities and plans.
• Data Management - Manage change program data and change plans for collecting change data for Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, etc. that inform the change activities and guide the Digital Transformation Program work
• Coordinate and support data requests and projects/program, and work in partnership with Project Managers and other key stakeholders to undertake data analyses to maximise the use of both relevant and external data sources for analytical purposes.
• Participate in the review, development, delivery, evaluation and reporting of change management artefacts and activities, providing recommendations to improve the quality, integrity, availability and security of data for the program and in collaboration with the Program Leadership team.
• Provide reports and recommendations in relation to research undertaken, ensure all reports meet a high professional standard in terms of timeliness, accuracy and relevance.
• Provide evidence-based analysis and creative problem-solving to answer change management and program questions
• Assist the team in reporting and managing work health and safety
