HTD Health is looking for Mid or Senior .NET Developers to join us on a contract basis. We are expanding our team of independent specialists for a full-time, fixed-term project. This role is perfect for contractors who excel in high-quality software engineering and project-focused delivery

- Role Type: Project-Based B2B Contractor (Fixed-Term).
- Initial Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension based on project needs).
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Location: Fully Remote (Argentina).
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience for a Mid-level role, or Minimum 5 years for a Senior-level role in .NET (Backend) and React / Angular (Frontend)
- Experience in writing unit test and debugging skills
- Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards
- Communicative level of English (B2+) – both spoken and written
- Acting in anticipation by identifying risks and solutions on a regular basis
- Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitude
- Being a team player focused on getting things done
- Ability to understand complex business cases and translate to the working software
- Previous experience working in agile methodology
- Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare (HealthTech).
- Previous experience working on healthcare projects.
- Experience in Project/Product technical discovery. Ability to compare tools, services, and provide recommendations on the best options.
- Utilizing AI tools in your daily work and actively seeking ways to streamline and improve efficiency.
- Software Delivery: Delivering readable, maintainable, and high-quality software covered by automated tests.
- Client Collaboration: Working closely with the client and their development team, having a direct impact on the product's direction.
- International Communication: Engaging daily in English within a global team environment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Being an active part of the HTD community—participating in team talks and internal company initiatives.
- Transparent Collaboration: We believe in clear rules. You will work on a B2B contract with a straightforward hourly-based settlement (payment for the exact number of hours worked).
