Job Description:

We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to advance Operational Technology (OT) asset inventories and deliver cybersecurity risk assessments across manufacturing plants and contract manufacturing sites. The role supports engineering and security teams in strengthening OT cybersecurity posture across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance OT asset inventories across manufacturing plants
• Support engineering teams in OT inventory collection
• Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments using ISRM methodology
• Assess manufacturing plant technologies and industrial controls
• Support rollout of administrative cybersecurity controls
• Lead external service providers delivering OT cybersecurity assessments
• Present assessment findings and risks to senior leadership

Essential Skills & Experience

• OT cybersecurity in manufacturing / industrial environments
• IT/OT, automation, and industrial control systems security
• Site-based cybersecurity risk assessments
• Manufacturing and supply chain security environments
• Cybersecurity documentation and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams

Domain Knowledge

• Manufacturing processes and plant operations
• Industrial control systems (ICS)
• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) awareness

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience

Preferred Certifications

• CISSP / CISM
• CISA / CRISC
• ISA/IEC 62443 (Fundamentals, Risk Assessment, Design)
