• Project Lead (IT) – PWM Strategic Programme

We are partnering with a leading European banking group to appoint an experienced Project Lead within their Information Systems Department, supporting a strategic Private Wealth Management (PWM) transformation programme.

The Role:

You will act as the central coordination point between senior stakeholders, IT teams and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Team Governance

• Lead governance committees and workshops
• Drive project and roadmap follow-up
• Manage communications and meeting minutes
• Oversee test campaigns

Executive & Strategic Reporting

• Report project progress to top management
• Escalate risks, alerts and proposed solutions
• Budget monitoring and follow-up
• Prepare high-quality presentations for steering committees

Required Experience

• 5+ years’ Project Management experience within an IT department
• Strong IT background
• Experience working in structured governance environments
• Fluent in French + English. German a bonus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong sense of priorities and ability to focus on what truly matters

Education & Tools

• Engineering degree or Master’s degree
• Strong understanding of IT organisation structures
• JIRA / Confluence (WIKI)
• PowerPoint (Executive-level presentations)
• Agile / SCRUM knowledge
