- Build and ship core product features across frontend and backend
- Develop AI-powered functionality, including agents, workflows, and LLM integrations
- Translate ambiguous product ideas into working software
- Own problems end-to-end (idea → design → build → deploy → iterate)
- Work closely with founders to shape product and technical decisions
- Help define engineering standards, architecture, and development culture

- A full-stack generalist, not a narrow specialist
- Comfortable building across the entire stack
- Senior enough to operate without hand-holding
- You enjoy solving complex problems and delivering working solutions
- You build projects outside of work and have a strong builder mindset
- Experience in startups or founding teams is a strong plus
- You stay productive and focused even in uncertain environments
