This Training Executive sits with the Learning and Development team and collaborates closely with the operations and the strategic change teams. The organisation has doubled in size in the last 2 years and has expanded internationally. This Irish company now has a head count of 150 people with ambitious plans to further grow, which is creating opportunities for its team.
The company is of a size where you can make a meaningful impact on the development of the team, processes, and technology. This role involves initially a focus on delivering structured training and you will develop into the opportunity to contribute to the development of material, projects and people management. You will join a mentoring environment, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the area of Learning & Development, Training, Projects and Business Change.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering Training sessions
• Scheduling & Coordinating training sessions
• Contribute to Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
• Leadership – Build and develop your leadership and people management skills
• Communication & Business Engagement – Craft clear, targeted communication
• Proactively identify risks and challenges
Skills / Experience:
• 1+ years experience in a professional environment, such as Training, Management Consulting, Recruitment, Funds, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, Sales Management, Recruitment
•2.2 + results in an undergraduate degree, in either Commerce, HR, Business, Engineering, IT or Data related programmes
•Experience either in Learning & Development, Training, Business Analyst, Business Change or Projects is an advantage
Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience) + Flexi-benefits (pension, health insurance, phone allowance), with the opportunity for regular salary reviews
