In order to support the development of our office's activities HACA Partners Luxembourg, we are recruiting a Graphic Designer & Content Creator Intern – Marketing for 6 to 12 months available immediately.

This internship is ideal for a creative student or junior profile who enjoys visual design, storytelling, and digital content, and who wants hands-on experience in a professional services environment.

About your future Business Line

Internal activities

Internal Activities which include Business Support, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing, provides daily support to each business line. It provides the tools, support, and expertise necessary to ensure the smooth running of operations and contribute to the overall performance of the company.

The Marketing team at HACA Partners plays a key role within the Internal Activities department, driving the firm's visibility, brand identity, and communications across all channels. The team is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that reflect HACA Partners' values and support the growth of its business lines.

Day-to-day activities span a wide range, from managing social media presence and producing content, designing communication materials, and contributing to internal communications. The team works closely with all business lines to ensure consistent and impactful messaging, both internally and externally.

About your tasks

As a Graphic Designer & Content Creator Intern, you will support the Marketing team in creating engaging visual and written content that strengthens HACA Partners' brand across digital channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams on campaigns, internal communications, social media, and events.

This is a learning-focused role, with close guidance, feedback, and room to grow.

Graphic design & Content creation

• Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, presentations, brochures, and marketing campaigns
• Support the design of event branding and internal/external communication materials
• Apply and respect HACA Partners' brand guidelines
• Support the creation of social media content (visuals, short texts, captions)
• Help draft and format content for newsletters, internal communications, and website updates
• Participate in content planning for marketing and communication campaigns
• Help adapt content to different platforms (LinkedIn, website, Instagram, internal channels)
• Assist with basic motion graphics or video editing (optional, depending on skills)

Presentation review

• Review and provide feedback on PowerPoint presentations used for internal and external communications
• Ensure presentations are visually consistent with HACA Partners' brand guidelines and design standards
• Improve layout, design, and visual storytelling of slides to enhance clarity and impact
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and polish presentation materials prior to client meetings or events

Digital & Web support

• Assist with website content updates and visual improvements
• Support the creation of landing pages or campaign visuals

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong interest in content creation, branding, and digital marketing
• Good writing skills in English and French
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of video, motion design, or web content is a plus
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn in a professional environment
