We are looking for an experienced and motivated leader who will be responsible for managing complex projects and project teams within R&D and across the entire organization.
The position combines the role of an Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) with project management responsibilities for NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Implementing and continuously improving Scrum and Agile practices in accordance with the Scrum Guide and the company's Agile framework.
- Coaching teams and fostering psychological safety, motivation, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Managing delivery and workflow, facilitating Scrum events, and improving flow, predictability, and efficiency.
- Identifying and removing impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Leading projects and aligning scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT.
- Leading NPI processes from prototype to mass production and coordinating industrialization, product digitalization, and supply chain readiness.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder communication within NPI and product-related projects.
- Planning and coordinating resource needs and capacities in collaboration with department leads.
- Monitoring development effort and budget consumption of NPI projects and ensuring transparent reporting.
- Preparing clear reports, tracking KPIs, and forecasting delivery status, NPI progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Leading retrospectives and improvement initiatives and supporting the scaling of Agile practices across teams and programs.
Required experience and competencies:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), with experience in facilitation, coaching, and mentoring.
- Strong project management skills, including milestone, scope, dependency, risk, and issue management.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder management in complex environments.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to create clarity in ambiguous and complex situations.
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with ownership for delivery, NPI processes, industrialization, and production readiness.
- Understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, supply chain, quality, compliance, and change management (ECR/ECO).
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in international environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
