Job Title: IT Support Engineer L2/L3

Location: UAE, Dubai.


Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer L2/L3 to provide technical support and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in end-user support, system administration, and basic networking.


Key Duties and Responsibilities: -

  1. Resolving issues escalated from L1 & 2
  2. Managing Workspace ONE and WS1 Access
  3. OS & software patching via MDM
  4. Advanced Google Workspace administration and complex identity/access cases
  5. Zero-touch deployments and custom scripting
  6. Deep troubleshooting across macOS and Windows
  7. Creating clear SOPs and technical guides for the service desk
  8. Monitoring device health, security posture, and encryption gaps
  9. Supporting Zoom Rooms and conference technology
  10. Leading small IT projects (rollouts, refreshes, improvements)
  11. Identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions
  12. Practical experience with core IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise identity systems (IdP, SSO, access control)


Required Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: -

  1. Strong knowledge of Mac OS
  2. Experience with Workspace One
  3. Hands-on experience in JIRA Mid to High Level
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft O365
  5. Basic networking knowledge
  6. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  7. Strong communication skills
