We are looking for a creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join a government digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web portals, internal applications, and government service platforms using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

•       Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.

•       Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into engaging UI designs.

•       Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for government digital services.

•       Conduct basic usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

•       Maintain and contribute to the design system and component library.

•       Ensure designs align with government branding guidelines and accessibility standards.

•       Support the UX research process including user journey mapping and persona development.

Requirements

•       1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.

•       Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).

•       Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

•       Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.

•       Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

•       Strong communication skills and ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.

•       Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work (required for interview).

Nice to Have

•       Experience working on government or public sector projects.

•       Familiarity with Arabic RTL (right-to-left) interface design.

•       Exposure to design systems and component-based design.

•  Experience with or exposure to TAMM platform or Abu Dhabi government digital services.
