We are seeking a Junior UI/UX Designer with experience in government digital platforms, particularly TAMM or Abu Dhabi government services, to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative. The role involves designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces for government portals, internal systems, and citizen service platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Figma, working with design systems and component libraries, and familiarity with TAMM platform components and government UX standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces and interactive prototypes for government digital services and portals using Figma.
  • Apply TAMM design system components, UI guidelines, and design patterns while creating screens and workflows.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
  • Ensure all designs follow government branding standards, accessibility guidelines, and usability best practices.
  • Support UX research activities, including user journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing.
  • Prepare design documentation and developer handoff assets for implementation teams.


Mandatory Requirement:

  • 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
  • Experience designing for TAMM platform or Abu Dhabi government digital services.
  • Familiarity with TAMM design system, UI components, and design rules.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
  • Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work (mandatory for interview).


Nice to have:

  • Experience working on UAE government or public sector digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with Arabic RTL (Right-to-Left) interface design.
  • Experience with government design systems or service portals such as TAMM, DubaiNow, or other e-government platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.
