Hiring: Scrum Master (SAFe) – Sustainability / Green Building Experience Preferred

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-impact enterprise application (EDGE). This role requires strong SAFe experience, enterprise Agile leadership, and preferably exposure to sustainability, climate, or green building initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices
• Drive continuous improvement and team performance

SAFe Delivery

• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution
• Collaborate with Product Owners, RTEs, Architects, and cross-functional teams
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure program alignment

Azure DevOps (ADO) Expertise

• Configure and manage ADO Boards (backlogs, workflows, Kanban)
• Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time)
• Build dashboards and reports using ADO Analytics & Power BI

Risk & Stakeholder Management

• Identify and remove impediments
• Escalate risks and coordinate resolutions
• Provide data-driven status updates to business stakeholders

🔹 Required Experience

✔ 8+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT environments

✔ Strong hands-on experience in SAFe (PI Planning, multi-team coordination)

✔ Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)

✔ Proven delivery track record in consulting/client-facing roles

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🌱 Exposure to sustainability, climate tech, or green building initiatives is highly desirable.

🔹 Preferred Certifications

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• CSM or equivalent Agile certification
• PMI-ACP / PMI-PBA / CBAP
• LEED, WELL, or BREEAM (a plus)
