Our client is a US company that delivers a complex digital platform designed to simplify cooperation among participants in the insurance process. This platform provides various options, saves time for choice and contract signing, and ultimately increases the number of customers. The project enhances cooperation between insurance companies, agents, and customers, enabling insurance specialists to compare different insurance products for their clients comprehensively.

Together with our client, we are enhancing a state-of-the-art chatbot that leverages Generative AI to elevate user experiences and expand platform functionalities. This project involves a dedicated team committed to the continuous development and broadening of the chatbot's capabilities.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Python's asyncio for effective asynchronous programming
  • Proficient in building REST API services using FastAPI and Pydantic, or have a strong background in other web frameworks
  • Skilled in using Python type-hinting to enhance code clarity and reduce bugs
  • Competent in working with PostgreSQL databases
  • Capable of writing testable, maintainable code that follows SOLID, DRY, and KISS principles
  • Familiar with basic concepts in prompt engineering
  • Effective team player with strong communication skills and a passion for innovative technologies
  • Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Experienced in building chatbots with Langchain (nice-to-have)
