We are seeking a Project Manager – Digital Transformation to support the planning, coordination, and execution of a global technology initiative starting in Argentina and expanding across multiple international markets.

This role will focus on accelerating delivery timelines, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of modernized applications and digital solutions that enhance operational visibility and business decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with regional IT leadership, engineering teams, and global business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of transformation initiatives in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of a digital transformation program beginning in Argentina with a roadmap toward global deployment.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery governance.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Support initiatives related to modernization of internal applications and legacy systems.
• Coordinate technical delivery across engineering, architecture, and support teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between local teams and global markets that will adopt the solution.
• Manage stakeholder communications, reporting, and executive updates.
• Support adoption and rollout of new digital tools across business units and markets.
• Coordinate operational support needs and escalation management.
• Ensure vendors and delivery partners align with governance and program objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations or modernization programs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working in multinational or multi-market environments.
• Excellent planning, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global application rollouts or enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience with modernization or legacy system replacement programs.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
