Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager ready for a high-impact challenge? We’re looking for a senior professional to lead the rollout and service delivery of a mission-critical communication solution across the Netherlands.
What’s the mission?
- Lead the replacement and implementation of 500+ communication devices with remote speaker/mic functionality 🎤📱
- Manage ongoing service delivery: incident management, hardware repairs, and user onboarding/offboarding 🛠️
- Coordinate with a matrix organization across teams in the Netherlands and Belgium 🌍
- Be the go-to moderator for technical, operational, and vendor-related challenges
Who are we looking for?
- Senior profile – experience is key; IT background is nice-to-have, not mandatory 💡
- Certified in Project Management (PMI) with knowledge of ITIL, hybrid PM (Waterfall/Agile), SIAM
- Proven experience in service delivery management
- Skilled in managing subcontractors and complex stakeholder environments 🤝
- Fluent in Dutch & English
- Based in the Netherlands (Leiden/Utrecht area preferred) 🇳🇱
