"ROLE: Develop, implement and monitor the Annual Learning & Development Plan Design and coordinate internal and external training initiatives (presential, online and hybrid formats) -Manage and optimize the e-learning platform while tracking learning analytics -Create, update and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos and workshops -Lead internal events, team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives -Support onboarding processes, performance management cycles, career progression and succession planning -Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal L&D procedures -Monitor, analyze and report learning KPIs, proposing strategic improvements -Act as a talent development expert, advising managers and employees QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or related areas -3–5 years of experience in learning, development or talent management -Experience in training design, L&D strategy and event coordination -Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills -Excellent communication and facilitation abilities -Proactive, team-oriented and results-driven mindset -Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels OFFER: -Key role in a startup experiencing exponential growth -Young, dynamic and fast-paced environment -Opportunity for career progression and meaningful impact -Employee benefits including discounts, health insurance and gym access On-site position in Cacém – Sintra Zumub promotes equal opportunities and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief."
