Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
At Arcadia, we are seeking individuals who are interested in joining our Human Resources department. Applicants should submit supporting CVs for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring ten (10) individuals for our international HR team.
Under the supervision of the HR Coordinator and in close collaboration with the Human Resources Recruitment Manager, you will provide support for job postings and facilitate communication between departments regarding required weekly data transfers and monitoring activities. These activities will be reported to the HR Manager on a weekly basis. Given the nature of this position, you will receive training on how to post job applications, screen candidates, and input data into our matrix. Additionally, you will be assigned to one of Arcadia's seven HR managers to assist with meeting planning and documenting minutes of the meetings.

What Are Your Responsibilities For The Position?
- HR Assistants will be responsible for assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- HR Assistants will process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- To organize statistics for the data collected in different departments within the organization.
- Provide additional support to departments within the organization in terms of data collection, editing, analyzing and posting.
- Work with multidisciplinary departments according to related tasks that are given.
- Communicate with outer messages received to the organization as questions or inquiries.
- You will provide weekly reports to department managers.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Soft Skills & Strong Skills & Requirements
- Minimum BA degree ongoing or completed.
- HR Experience is preferred but not a must as we provide training and develop our members along their journey.
- Strong desire to work at communicational tasks where keeping information channels active between departments and providing documents between meetings.
- Drive HR processes within related positions (reporting, job posting assisting, organizational skills, etc.)
- Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of organization’s needs.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Highly computer literate with capability in gmail, google drive, google channels, and related business and communication tools.
- Coordinate and arrange subsequent projects with the HR Manager and related leaders.
- Commitment to Arcadia’s mission to provide high-quality content to people who desire to learn the beauty of Art and support Arcadia’s motto to enable education for those who can not afford it but are in seeks.
- Sensitivity to cultural, gender-based, religious, racial, national, and age differences.
- Highest standards of integrity and discretion.
- Strict on joining regular department meetings and discipline on deadline projects.
