To strengthen our team in Austria, we are looking for a dedicated and structured individual for the position of:

P&O Admin Coordinator (m/f/d) – Project-Based

remote, 30 hours per week – fixed-term contract for 6 months

In this role, you will support the entire employee lifecycle and ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of key administrative P&O processes. In close collaboration with our six locations in Austria, you will significantly contribute to positive employee satisfaction and smooth HR processes – 100% from home.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating administrative tasks related to hiring, onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
  • Maintaining and updating employee data in relevant P&O systems (e.g., Workday, Quinyx)
  • Supporting time and absence management
  • Preparing and managing documents (e.g., employment contracts, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements (e.g., labor law and GDPR)
  • Acting as the local point of contact for administrative inquiries from employees and managers
  • Preparing reports and conducting various audits

What you bring:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in administration
  • Experience in preparing and managing HR documentation
  • Knowledge of Austrian labor and social security law is an advantage
  • Completed commercial education (e.g., business college); payroll certification is a plus
  • Structured, accurate, and independent working style
  • Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Very good German and English skills; Czech/Slovak is an advantage

The gross annual salary for this position with relevant professional experience is at least € 30.000,00 (per year). Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications.
