IT Project Manager (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Custom Software Development unit. What You Will Do

Projects and services delivery management.
Leading and motivating the project team.
Managing and overseeing any third parties within the scope of the projects.
Ensuring the best quality delivery of projects and services.
Handle financial aspects, including cost accounting, billing, and reporting to stakeholders.
Project risk analysis and management.
Major risks and issues escalating to the upper-level management.

What We Expect From You

Proven experience working as a Project manager in software development.
Experience in managing multi-regional projects and deployments in multiple countries.
In-depth understanding of the software development cycle and specifics of IT project management.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies to keep projects adaptable and efficient.
The ability to credibly challenge project teams.
Integrity, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivation, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian language (at least B2 level).
