About the Role:


We're looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and people-focused Program Manager to lead project planning, execution and team management. The role demands end-to-end ownership—balancing strategic direction with hands-on delivery—while offering high visibility and the opportunity to shape processes and drive long-term impact.


This position is suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, navigates complexity with composure, takes a solution-first approach, and ensures strong alignment between client expectations and team outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Program & Operational Management:

  • Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design, optimize, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Implement and manage structured systems such as dashboards, productivity trackers, and attendance monitoring tools.
  • Draft and operationalize SOPs and project-specific policies in close collaboration with the HRBP.
  • Identify recurring challenges, analyze root causes and implement sustainable long-term solutions.
  • Proactively identify team or process gaps and drive corrective action.
  • Lead recruitment for project-specific roles in coordination with HR.


Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

  • Serve as the primary POC for team leads managing day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams of 10-20 members (social media managers, content creators, designers, video editors, etc.).
  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback loops, and planning discussions to improve coordination and reduce friction.
  • Plan team engagement initiatives to strengthen collaboration, morale, and retention with HR representatives.
  • Manage transitions, escalations, and sensitive team situations with maturity, discretion and clear communication.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and disciplined execution while encouraging proactive problem-solving.


Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations.
  • Coordinate resolution across internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and expectation management.


Reporting, Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit accurate reports to facilitate approvals and timely billing.
  • Maintain clear and organised project documentation and communication logs.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.


Non-negotiable Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
  • B.Tech / BE + MBA/ PGDBA


Relevant work experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project/ Program Management (after graduation).


Required:

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams with MumbaiHQ.
  • Experience in project management/ event operations/ marketing operations/ client servicing roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.


Good to Have (Not Essential):

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
  • Experience handling invoicing, budgeting, and financial tracking.
  • Prior experience working with government clients or PSUs.
