📍 London or Sheffield (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

💰 £60,000 – £70,000

An established technology organisation is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the delivery of complex digital products used by organisations globally.


This position suits someone comfortable operating in scaled Agile environments, helping teams deliver consistently while improving Agile maturity across multiple squads. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and UX colleagues to ensure delivery remains structured, efficient and aligned with business priorities across a modern SaaS platform.


The Role

You will help guide Agile delivery across several teams while mentoring other Scrum Masters and encouraging best practice across the wider technology function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Scrum Masters, strengthening Agile ways of working
  • Ensure initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately estimated and ready for delivery
  • Support reliable delivery by managing capacity, dependencies, risks and timelines
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies that enable collaboration across multiple teams
  • Maintain structured, well-prioritised backlogs with clear and actionable work items
  • Help teams remain focused on priorities while reducing unnecessary context switching
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and UX to support successful delivery outcomes
  • Assist with release coordination, stakeholder updates and delivery retrospectives
  • Encourage a culture of transparency, ownership and continuous improvement


Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or Lean delivery frameworks
  • Experience facilitating Agile events within multi-team environments
  • Familiarity with software engineering, DevOps or cloud-based platforms is helpful


Skills

  • Strong planning, tracking and reporting across delivery metrics
  • Confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly identify blockers and manage risks or dependencies
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving product development environments
