"ROLE: Design and manage the company’s Learning & Development programs Coordinate internal and external training initiatives Monitor the effectiveness of the e-learning platform and training analytics Develop and update learning materials and workshops Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal events Support key HR processes including onboarding, performance management and succession planning Ensure HR practices comply with labor legislation and internal procedures Analyze training KPIs and identify improvement opportunities Act as a key advisor in talent development topics QUALIFICATIONS: Academic background in HR, Psychology, Management or related discipline 3–5 years of relevant experience in learning and development Experience with training program design and employee engagement initiatives Strong analytical and planning capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Collaborative and proactive attitude Ability to influence and support leaders and teams OFFER: Opportunity to shape talent development within a scaling organization Dynamic and fast-paced work environment Career advancement opportunities Benefits including employee discounts, health insurance and gym membership On-site position in Cacém – Sintra Zumub welcomes applications from all qualified professionals and supports equal opportunities."
