Contract Scrum Master – Dublin (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery teams within a large-scale technology programme. This is a contract role working with cross-functional software engineering teams delivering modern digital and data solutions.

You will play a key role in facilitating Agile delivery, supporting development teams, and ensuring consistent sprint execution within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
• Remove blockers and support teams to maintain sprint velocity and delivery predictability
• Work closely with the Product Owner and delivery teams to refine user stories and backlog priorities
• Promote Agile best practices and help teams continuously improve ways of working
• Support coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Assess delivery tools and recommend improvements where appropriate
• Coach teams and stakeholders in Scrum processes and Agile methodologies

Experience Required

• 5+ years’ experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting software delivery teams
• Ability to remove impediments and drive team collaboration
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or similar
• Utilities sector experience desirable but not essential
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or similar) preferred

This is a 6month contract with significant opportunity for extension
