Join our Security team as a Mid/Senior Penetration Tester, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality security assessments for our clients. In this role, you will conduct advanced penetration testing engagements, identify and exploit security vulnerabilities, and provide actionable recommendations.

You will work closely with other security professionals to perform security testing across a wide range of environments, including web and mobile applications, APIs, cloud environments, and network infrastructure, helping protect critical systems and sensitive data.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, scope, and execute penetration testing engagements for various clients.
  • Perform security assessments of web applications, mobile apps, APIs, networks, infrastructure and even hardware and OT devices.
  • Identify, exploit, and validate security vulnerabilities using manual testing techniques and specialized security tools.
  • Use automated vulnerability scanning tools and manual analysis to identify potential security weaknesses.
  • Analyse and correlate findings from different testing methods to identify complex attack paths.
  • Document vulnerabilities clearly and produce high-quality penetration testing reports with risk analysis and remediation guidance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving penetration testing methodologies, tools, and internal processes.
  • Mentor junior security specialists and support their professional development.
  • Stay up to date with the latest vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security research.

What We Expect From You

  • Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or offensive security.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system security concepts.
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, common protocols).
  • Good understanding of common vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with penetration testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • Experience using professional security tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, or similar.
  • Ability to independently conduct security testing and clearly communicate findings.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English language.

Bonus points if you have

  • Industry-recognized certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CREST, CEH, or Security+.
  • Experience with cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with red teaming, adversary simulation, or advanced exploitation techniques.
  • Experience leading penetration testing engagements.
  • Participated in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, security research, or bug bounty programs.
