Project Manager – Renewable Energy

A growing renewable energy platform is strengthening its Technical team and hiring a Project Manager to support projects across solar PV, wind and energy storage.

This role sits within a lean technical team responsible for managing construction and O&M contracts, while also supporting technical validation during pre-construction.

The Role

You will be involved across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, from early technical development through to construction and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the development, discussion and validation of technical solutions during pre-construction
• Managing and monitoring construction and O&M contracts
• Budget tracking and cost control
• Planning and schedule management
• Coordinating with external technical advisors and internal stakeholders
• Preparing and reviewing technical and progress reports
• Contributing to the development of internal technical processes
• Monitoring market practices and technical developments

This is an owner-side role offering exposure across the full lifecycle of renewable energy assets.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in renewable power plants or electrical grid environments
• Practical and solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend site visits when required
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

The Team

You will join a collaborative technical team consisting of two Project Managers and one Senior Project Manager (electrical background), within a growing and ambitious organisation.

This role would suit an engineer or early-stage project professional looking to gain broader exposure across renewable technologies and lifecycle stages within a structured but dynamic environment.
