Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Designer for the Growth team at Soundtrack.
The Growth team focuses on how Soundtrack is presented, discovered, and experienced for new users. This role strengthens our UI design capability and will play a central part in evolving our signup flows and onboarding experience.
You’ll work closely with other Product Designers, Frontend Developers, Product Managers, Copywriters and Content creators in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. Design is a core part of problem-solving at Soundtrack, and you’ll be involved early — from uncovering user problems and sketching ideas to prototyping, iterating, and launching.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll design onboarding experiences, create everything from intuitive UI to detailed components and visual assets. Prototype and iterate in Figma, and continuously refine solutions based on feedback and testing. You’re comfortable sharing work in progress, inviting input, and shaping ideas together with others.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve onboarding and activation experiences that drive understanding, engagement, and conversion
- Create high-performing UI aligned with brand and design system
- Translate user and business problems into effective design solutions
- Prototype and iterate quickly based on feedback and testing
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Contribute ideas and take ownership of design initiatives
- Validate solutions through user testing and experimentation when possible

You’re a hands-on designer who enjoys producing and shipping. You’re passionate about creating highly functional design but also care about visual quality. You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working iteratively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UI Designer, Product Designer or similar
- Strong UI design skills together with solid visual and web design
- Proven experience designing signup, onboarding and activation journeys across web mobile apps and desktop apps
- Experience from a commercial digital environment (SaaS, product company, startup/scale-up, or agency)
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems
- Strong collaboration skills across design, development, product, and marketing
- Portfolio showcasing digital user flows, product design and visual design
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) or data-informed design
- Experience conducting user testing or basic user research
- Experience working with experiments or A/B testing
