The work often involves collaboration across engineering, production, supply chain, purchasing and aftermarket to ensure structured execution and alignment across the organization.

- Establish project plans, milestones and governance structures
- Manage risks, dependencies and technical changes
- Align stakeholders across engineering and business functions
- Prepare status updates and decision material for steering groups
- Has solid experience as a Project Manager in R&D or product development
- Has worked in complex technical or engineering environments
- Is experienced in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Communicates clearly and works in a structured and analytical way
- Speaks fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
