We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to lead end-to-end product design across complex digital workflows. This role is suited to a designer who is comfortable working beyond individual screens and can shape complete product experiences across research, UX architecture, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI.

You will design product experiences for a web-based SaaS platform and work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to turn requirements into usable, scalable, and coherent workflows.

This is a product design role with strong UI/UX depth. You will be expected to think at system level, design for complexity, and contribute to the product’s usability, structure, and design quality from concept through implementation.

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web-based SaaS products
• Translate product requirements, business goals, and user needs into clear flows and interfaces
• Create user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, and interaction models for complex workflows
• Design high-fidelity UI aligned with product and brand standards
• Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and communicate design intent
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and reusable component patterns
• Design experiences for products with different user roles, permissions, and workflows
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation clarity
• Improve usability through structured feedback, iteration, and product insight
• Ensure responsive design quality across desktop and other relevant screen sizes

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a closely related role
• Proven experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences
• Strong experience in UX design, wireframing, user flows, and information architecture
• Strong experience creating prototypes for product features and workflows
• Experience designing SaaS products
• Experience designing complex workflows and system-level user experiences
• Experience designing responsive interfaces for web products
• Strong product thinking and user-centered design capability
• Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX depth and UI craft

• Experience designing products with AI-enabled features
• Experience designing dashboards, data-rich interfaces, or operational workflows
• Experience working with design systems in scaling product environments
• Experience in fast-moving product teams or startup environments
• Familiarity with role-based, workspace-based, or multi-tenant product patterns

We expect strong proficiency in modern product design tools, especially:

• Figma
• Prototyping tools within Figma or equivalent
• Design system and component-based workflows
• Collaboration tools used in cross-functional product teams
