Job Description
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable server-side applications and APIs
- Develop and optimise database structures to ensure fast, reliable data access
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI teams to enhance product functionality
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system efficiency
- Integrate third-party services while maintaining reliability and security
- 4 years' backend development experience with strong proficiency in Python
- At least 2 years' experience working with AI-assisted tools
- Clear communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
- Bonus: exposure to full-stack development, SRE/DevOps, or AI-powered products
