Role Overview
We are looking for an Overseas Growth Manager to drive international user and revenue growth for HashKey Exchange in the MENA region. This role focuses on scaling overseas markets through localized growth strategies and cross-regional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute overseas growth strategy for the MENA region, covering user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Drive growth via BD partnerships, campaigns, affiliates, and ecosystem collaborations
- Analyze growth funnel and key performance metrics; optimize growth efficiency and ROI
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, BD, and Operations teams to localize and scale growth initiatives
- Track market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape in overseas markets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or business development (Web3, fintech, or financial services preferred)
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on growth execution experience
- Good understanding of crypto exchanges, trading products, or digital asset users
- Experience in overseas / international markets, MENA exposure is a strong plus
- Highly independent, execution-oriented, and adaptable in fast-growing environments
