We are looking for a Full-Stack WordPress Developer (PHP + React) to join a project for an international electronics manufacturing company specializing in human-machine interfaces and printed electronics.You will work on developing and maintaining the company’s WordPress corporate website and implementing a WooCommerce-based sample store that allows customers to request or purchase product samples.

The role involves custom WordPress development, React-based UI components, WooCommerce customization, and integrations for lead generation and customer inquiries, with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins for the corporate website and product catalog
Extend WordPress functionality using Custom Post Types, taxonomies, ACF, Gutenberg blocks, and WordPress REST API
Implement and customize WooCommerce features for a product sample store, including product pages, checkout flow, and request/ordering logic
Build React-based UI components and integrate them with the WordPress REST API
Implement responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces aligned with design requirements
Optimize website performance (frontend performance, database queries, caching, and code efficiency)
Debug and resolve PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, and React issues, including production incidents
Maintain clean, modular, and maintainable code following WordPress and project coding standards
Use Git for version control, participate in code reviews, and contribute to improving development practices
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver new features and improvements
Provide technical input and effort estimations during sprint planning and task refinement
Independently implement medium-complex features and enhancements across both backend and frontend components

Requirements

2+ years of commercial experience as a WordPress Developer
Strong knowledge of WordPress core, theme development, and plugin architecture
Solid experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
Commercial experience with React and building component-based UIs
Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins
Strong experience with WooCommerce customization and development
Experience working with Gutenberg block editor and/or Elementor for building and managing page layouts
Understanding of WordPress database structure and MySQL fundamentals
Experience integrating and working with REST APIs
Practical experience with Git-based workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
Understanding of WordPress performance optimization and security best practices
Ability to work independently on medium-complex tasks and collaborate within a team
English level — B1 or higher

Nice To Have

Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) or similar custom field frameworks
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools
Understanding of web accessibility (a11y) principles
Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and frontend performance
