UX/UI Designer

Hi there! We are looking for a dynamic UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for enhancing and creating seamless user experiences on our digital platforms. In this role you will be setting a tactical UX vision working alongside content teams and you will further be helping to illustrate and prototype creative UX/UI designs alongside design and dev teams in order to offer users an overall easy-to-use and „loveable” digital experience.

What you’ll do:

• Drive the full UX design process, including user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights, in order to understand audiences, user behavior, competitors and inform design decisions
• Create user experience design documentation (including sitemaps, user journeys, process flows, storyboards, wireframes, low-fi to high-fi mockup visualizations and interactive prototypes);
• Collaborate and support designers and developers in the creation of the final site or application in line with the desired user experience, ensuring the UX principles are adhered to throughout the project;
• Understand our business requirements and needs in order to design functional, innovative and creative work for our projects;
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UX/UI design, with a particular focus on our context needs.

What you need to have:

• Experience in a similar role as a UX/UI designer (min 2 years xp)
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), wireframing tools;
• Portfolio of digital work;
• Strong conceptual and design skills;
• Understanding of interaction design principles;
• Creative and analytical approach;

What is nice / represents a plus to have:

• Experience in the casino or gaming industry in a similar role
• A certification in UX/UI design
• An undergraduate degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields;
• Experience with or understanding basics of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS;
